I am giving a presentation on “Smart Contracts and the Law” to Smart Contract Japan and Sony next week. There’s no way that’s not going to be fun!
Separately, I’ve brainstormed a lot lately on ways that non-engineers can take advantage of GitHub as a versioning tool. I figured this is my chance to kill the proverbial two birds with one stone, so I’m going to move the meat of my presentation for Smart Contract Japan to a README.md in a public GitHub repo.
Anyone can contribute: engineers, lawyers, law students, cartomancers, and costermongers. If you’ve heard me speak, you know I feel we’re past the era when only those with JDs can feel confident about mastering the law.
Looking forward to your pull requests…
UPDATE 1/14/2016: You can see the video of the presentation here.
